What we do

Esteem delivers infrastructure solutions for the city on behalf of Hull City Council.

Through Esteem, Hull City Council has a dedicated local supply chain with a demonstrable track record of delivering both capital projects and operational support services, meaning investment is kept in the city, supporting local firms and creating jobs for local people.

Esteem has delivered education, regeneration and leisure facilities across Hull since 2010, including over £400m of new and improved education facilities across the city, with 27 schools developed under the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) project; the largest education regeneration programme the city has ever seen. Since BSF, Esteem and its partners have developed leisure and culture assets as part of Hull’s year as City of Culture, and continues to work on behalf of the council to improve services and facilities for the community.
